- Operate as independent contractors, not employees of My Crash App
- Set their own commission rates and service terms
- Are responsible for their own professional conduct and liability
5.2 Attorney-Client Relationships
IMPORTANT: My Crash App does not create attorney-client relationships. Any attorney-client relationship is formed directly between you and the individual attorney you choose to work with.
- We facilitate introductions but do not represent you legally
- Individual attorneys are responsible for their own legal advice and representation
- Attorney fees and commission structures are agreed upon between you and the attorney
- We are not responsible for attorney performance or outcomes
5.3 Attorney Vetting and Standards
While we make reasonable efforts to verify attorney credentials, users should:
- Independently verify attorney licensing and standing
- Review attorney experience and track record
- Understand fee structures and agreements before engaging services
- Report any concerns about attorney conduct to us immediately
